Recipe : North-South encounter / Passionfruit Woos

Ingredients (serves 5) :

10 pancakes (see Pancakes & red berries for the recipe)
1-2 bananas
Maple syrup
Chocolate chips
Passionfruit Woos

Place 2 pancakes in a plate with banana slices. Scatter with chocolate chips. Cover one of them with Passionfruit Woos. Season with a few drops of maple syrup.
