Recipe : Tealegance / Lemon Woos

Ingredients (serves 1) :
1 teaspoon of black or green tea
3/4 cup water

Brew 3 to 5 minutes in shivering water. For an ice-tea, brew at room temperature 30 minutes for a green tea or 1 hour for a black tea. Cover with Lemon Woos before drinking.

Tip: Melt a teaspoon of honey in the tea.
