In a pot, gently melt the butter. Mix the flour and salt, form a well and pour the eggs. Add the melted butter, milk and water. Whisk until the batter is homogeneous.
Add the sugar, baking soda and vanilla. Whisk again with a bit more of water if necessary. Let it rest for an hour.
Heat the waffle iron, butter it and pour a ladleful of batter. Cook for 3 minutes. Serve warm with Strawberry Woos and some chocolate chips.
Tip : for lighter waffle, replace 1/3 cup flour with 1/3 cup cornflour.
